Our community is our team of employees as well as the local community we serve. Community support is part of our everyday life. It’s the right way to farm and it is one way we participate in the local economy. Our decisions are guided by our values every day.
Supporting Our Employees
National Food NW provides secure jobs with living wages and a safe working environment. Our regular employees receive medical and dental insurance coverage as well as other benefits such as a 401K Profit Sharing Retirement accounts. In addition, all employees receive highly discounted fresh eggs every week for themselves and their family.
Many of our employees have been with our farms for many decades with a solid career and steady employment. Our farm is committed to ensuring the livelihood of over 375 employees.
Supporting the Greater Community
Our farms have provided egg donations for the past six decades. Our eggs are donated each year to local nonprofits, lunch programs and food banks in Oregon and Washington.
